Hosted by the EIG Business Women in Education network, in partnership with EducationInvestor Global and NMT, this two-day, free-to-register virtual event will demystify complex challenges facing early years investors and operators alike by uniting a chorus of market experts to spark a dialogue between key stakeholders in the sector.

You will hear from leading chief executives, investors and strategy experts, who in a series of digital panels and presentations will delve deep into the most pressing issues and opportunities facing the sector, affording delegates unparalleled insights into first-hand operational experiences and investment case studies.

The online event will also address an important question – that of diversity and gender balance within the early years sector. Historically, childcare workforces have comprised mainly women, leading many to assume that the sector is a ‘women’s world’ in which men despite the fact that the vast majority of board members and investors bankrolling organisations in the space are male. This event will challenge this deep-rooted narrative in a constructive fashion, while highlighting the depth and breadth of opportunities for investors and providers in the market.
