Chatsworth Schools | Europe

Anita Gleave is the founder and chief executive of Chatsworth Schools, founded in 2018, and Blenheim Schools, which was set up in 2021. She is passionate about creating outstanding futures for children and provide learning spaces and cultures that allow and encourage all to thrive and be the best that they can be.

She continues to lead Chatsworth’s growth through new school acquisition and global expansion and has appointed many women in senior leadership across her business. One of her management team members said: “Anita’s unshakable belief and passion gave me the confidence to create something new, which we know will disrupt the education system in all the right ways. Her commitment to improving outcomes and futures for all children is inspiring, and her willingness to take others along for the ride makes it a very collaborative process.”

In addition to growing Chatsworth Schools and Blenheim Schools, Anita has also established the Chatsworth Schools Foundation. The Foundation is a registered charity created as a vehicle for the Chatsworth Schools’ family to support, encourage and enable children within our group and further afield.
Anita is not new to education business, she continues to inspire and empower those around her, who will continue to watch her with admiration.

Her first-hand experience as a teacher and a head means she understands how schools operate, what teachers need to do their job, what parents want and fundamentally what our priorities for all children should be – namely, that learning should be at the centre of what the business does.
