For the last five years, Carmen Johnson has been using her enrolment management and marketing skills to enhance the daily operations on the marketing admissions and communications team at North Broward Preparatory School. She specialises in providing excellent leadership, training and mentorship to the team and has been recognised by her professionalism and outcomes-focused style.
A Nord Anglia leader said Carmen has a “tremendous work ethic”, and inspires others by her can do, results oriented attitude. She shares common best practice across the region and is supportive of trying new things to help deliver and exceed her goals.
“Over the past 12 months, she has managed through the global pandemic, unfilled staff positions within her department, while still exceeding her goals. The most impressive part to me, is her ability, despite challenges to come into work every day with energy and enthusiasm, which is infectious for her colleagues and myself,” they added. “Carmen is an incredible person who approaches each day as an opportunity for success, including managing her family with two children and a third on the way! She inspires me and the people around her to be the best they can, while having some fun along the away.”
She is recognised within the Nord Anglia group as a top performer and is consistently meeting and exceeding enrolment targets. She is an advocate and committed to diversity of enrolment and staffing within the school community.
