Cristina is a passionate educator and leader in the schools space. She is the Head of School, Colegio Menor Campus Samborondon, a Nord Anglia School. She has a strong focus on technology-led and project-based learning and dedicates time to train teachers at the University San Francisco Quito.
An advocate for getting more women into leaderships of schools, she has trained a number of colleagues who have developed into leaders in their own rights. Cristina has worked in international schools and the higher education sector and is contributing to the Nord Anglia education technology strategy, trialling new technology in her classroom.
A colleague said: “Being an Ecuadorian female leader in an International School in Ecuador is not easy. Each and every day, she inspires me and her team with her infectious positivity, willingness to learn and energy to drive things forward.”
