Danielle Hamer is regional director at Bright Horizon, responsible for the daily operations of 35 nurseries across the Northwest of England. She started her childcare career in 1995 working in the baby room of a small nursery and progressed to nursery manager by the age of 25.

With high standards, Danielle delivers and sets clear expectations of outstanding provisions. She is an “inspiration woman at work, a wonderful mum and a supporting friend to so many people”, her superiors said. “She faces challenges and struggles daily, but I have never met such a strong woman in my 20 years in childcare,” they added.

Danielle is passionate, motivated and committed and goes above and beyond to ensure Bright Horizons is the best it can be. “Her passion, her love and her professionalism shines through every day.”
