Lola trained as a pilot and over the past decade held many various roles in the operations management with commercial airlines and business jets operators. She worked in America, Kazakhstan, and now in the UK. Having completed her MBA at the University of Oxford, she has turned to entrepreneurship and education. She is leading the operations team at 8billionideas bringing her operations skills and business acumen to the education sector.
