Louise Dawson is an independent consultant, supporting schools, and organisations, with inclusion across the Middle East. She recently took the decision to start her own company to allow her to formally support schools.
She is passionate about the inclusion training she provides and strives to be the best for the benefit of the children and families she helps, a peer said.
“She is leading the way for inclusion in the Middle East. She provides training for schools and parents alike to help understand children with special needs and what it is they need to flourish. However, she doesn’t have a ‘one approach for all’ mentality. She trains teachers to have the skills necessary to assess what a child needs and how best to help them.”
Louise has continued to be the “go-to person” for professionals in the area, another peer said. “She is a truly amazing and inspirational individual who is constantly striving to improve the lives for those who can face barriers.”
Louise has worked in Dubai for 10 years and Hong Kong for eight.
