Sara Donlevy joined Nord Anglia Education in 2020 as the group head of reward and HR operations. She has worked hard to ensure the right tools and approaches were put in place, most of which during a time with most of her team on furlough. Sara played a key role in the development and launch of the group’s global Equality Diversity & Inclusion policy.
She is described as “a strong champion and advocate for gender diversity” and within her areas of expertise she has developed consistent policies and practices that ensure any recruitment, performance and reward decisions made about colleagues are rigorous and based on merit. She takes an active role in coaching and mentoring women in junior positions to develop in their careers.
Sara has over 20 years’ experience in human resources and has worked in a number of international organisations across a variety of sectors, including media and leisure.
