Sarah Mackenzie is chief executive at Storal. Throughout Sarah’s leadership career across nursery groups, she has consistently developed and delivered highly effective strategies for employee engagement and learning, quality early education and business growth.
She is described as “an extraordinary woman who leads by example and inspires others to reach their full potential”. Sarah has over the last 12 months driven the growth of the N Family Club, where she was until recently chief strategic officer, combining curriculum strategies with high-quality pedagogy before taking on her new role as chief executive at Storal Learning. Her leadership and mentoring skills enable her to effectively motivate and inspire teams to deliver the best childcare services and to reach their own career and development goals.
